Welcome to Mist Academy! By enrolling or participating in our programs, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions designed to maintain a safe, respectful, and productive educational environment.

1. Admission and Enrollment

5. Use of Facilities

• Damage to school property, whether intentional or due to negligence, may result in repair or replacement costs payable by the responsible student or their guardians.

6. Boarding and Residential Regulations

• Boarding students must adhere to all residential guidelines, including curfews, hygiene standards, and dormitory assignments.

• The school reserves the right to conduct dormitory inspections and implement guidelines to ensure a safe and orderly residential environment.

7. Health and Safety

• Mist Academy takes student health and safety seriously. Guardians are required to provide up-to-date medical information upon enrollment.

• In cases of illness or emergency, Mist Academy will make reasonable efforts to contact guardians and arrange appropriate care.

8. Data Privacy
